Collective pre-ordering:
Ancillary produces constructive info-products in a time of collapse.
These products are available to the public through a process of
collective pre-ordering. Each pre-order is a guaranteed reservation
of goods. We never produce over our measurable demand within a 30
day window.
In addition to the elimination of waste through overproduction,
a collective pre-ordering timeline allows us to partner with makers
who share our values and quality standards towards the creation of
long lasting physical goods - ones which have an impact on our lives
and create a meaningful conversation with those around us.
How it works:
MOQ (minimum order quantity) is set inside a 30 day campaign window.
When the necessary dollar amount for execution has been met, the
production is triggered and swiftly delivered to the end user by the
Campaign Product Delivery Date.
If the minimum order quantity is not met within the assigned 30 day campaign
window, ALL funds are returned in a 48 hour period once campaign
window has closed.
Carbon Offset Initiative:
To offset carbon emissions for this campaign, Ancillary will self calculate and
distribute funds based on a carbon costing system. For this campaign we will support
New Dawn Trader’s initiative of shipping ethical cargo under sail.
